Jeffrey Ji opened Library in 2018 and roasted in the back of the Dundas Street West shop on a Diedrich IR-2.5. The room is split between a front espresso bar and a rear slow bar with a cupping-style station for pour-overs, such as Colombian lots. Ji describes the idea as a coffee resource centre where people can learn about coffee.
