Worth a journey
Bogotá · Parque 93, Colombia
Why it’s on the route
Azahar buys directly from Colombian producers, roasts at its own plant in Armenia, Quindío, and keeps that coffee for the local market and its shops. Filter coffees are brewed by baristas at the bar and served with a card listing the producer, municipality, altitude, flavour notes and the price paid to the farmer. The Parque 93 flagship is a bright, plant-filled space that hosts free monthly cuppings.
