Worth a detour
Bogotá · Usaquén, Colombia
Why it’s on the route
Colo Coffee started in 2017 to showcase Colombian specialty coffee and is known for lighter roasts that bring out origin. Its Usaquén café has the roasting area right at the entrance, and baristas suggest a brew method for each coffee, from Chemex to AeroPress. The brand now runs several cafés around Bogotá, and this is its main showcase.
