Why it’s on the route
Terres de Café opened its Marais shop in 2017 and is part of a chain of about twelve shops in Paris, Versailles, Lille and Seoul. At the 2024 Paris Coffee Show it won Best Espresso and Best Coffee Shop Experience, and founder Christophe Servell was named France's best roaster in 2015.
