Why it’s on the route

Franz Morish roasts in its own drum roaster, which can be watched from the seating, using higher final temperatures for espresso roasts and faster roasts for fruity filter coffees. It mostly buys Latin American coffee and has worked with Quijote Kaffee on sustainability since 2017. The space is large, with long benches, a Slayer machine and a retail corner, and also serves breakfast, lunch and house-baked bread.
