Barista Jam

Why it’s on the route

Barista Jam is a compact two-level coffee shop on Jervois Street in Sheung Wan that roasts its own house blend and single origins. The bar runs two La Marzocco machines for espresso and offers around ten single origins as filter, plus ice drip and cold brew, with siphon, AeroPress and French press among the methods. Upstairs is a long communal table and a showroom of espresso machines, grinders and home-brewing gear.
