Coco Espresso was opened in 2007 by Johnson Ko as one of Hong Kong's early locally run independent coffee shops, inspired by Australian café culture. Its coffee is roasted under the group's own KOKO roaster brand, and the Jervois Street shop in Sheung Wan is known for a doppio ristretto flat white, ice drip lattes and nitro coffee.
