Why it’s on the route
Cupping Room is home to Kapo Chiu, runner-up at the 2014 World Barista Championship and third in 2017, and its team has won the Hong Kong Barista Championship seven times. The Sheung Wan shop on Po Hing Fong has housed a Probat roaster behind glass at the back of the bar, and rotating single-origin filters, including Geisha, are brewed to order on Melitta drippers. Seating is limited.
