Why it’s on the route

Zero One roasts on a direct-flame roaster, a Japanese method in which the beans meet the flame in small batches, and one still rare in Hong Kong. The roaster says it won Champion International Roaster at the 2020 Australian International Coffee Awards, and its bean list runs from Panama Geishas and Kenyan lots to a Taiwanese Alishan SL34. It has shops in Central and Wan Chai.
