Winstons is an independent coffee shop opened in Sai Ying Pun in 2016 by three British friends, easy to spot on Queen's Road West by its black facade and retro cinema-style sign. Espresso drinks are pulled on a La Marzocco using beans from New Zealand roaster Allpress, alongside sandwiches and light bites. The bar also mixes cocktails, so it works for both a morning flat white and an evening drink.
