Why it’s on the route

Amstirdam takes its name from four coffee-growing districts in southern Malang: Ampelgading, Sumbermanjing, Tirtoyudo and Dampit. Since 2011 it has worked with local farmers there, roasting Dampit arabica and Amadanom robusta alongside a house blend. At the café on Jalan Soekarno Hatta, baristas walk guests through the manual brew options.
