Why it’s on the route
Expat. Roasters started in Bali in 2017 with Sydney barista Shae Macnamara, and its Petitenget café-roastery in Seminyak is the brand's home base. Most of the green coffee comes directly from Indonesian producers, many within about 40 km of the roastery, and Kintamani coffees get a dedicated filter roast. The sleek, black-accented bar serves espresso, including the Nomad blend, alongside V60 pour-overs.
