Sensa Koffie is run by owner and head roaster Vito Adi, Indonesia's 2014 Cup Tasters champion and a certified competition judge. The two-level shop on Jalan Dewi Sri in Kuta keeps the roaster in view downstairs, with a quieter upstairs room, and pairs single origins from across the archipelago with traditional Indonesian snacks and food.
