Why it’s on the route
Hungry Bird has roasted in its Canggu café since 2013 and also supplies beans to other cafés around Bali. The filter menu focuses on Indonesian single origins, with around nine brewed on V60, from a West Java Wanoja anaerobic natural to Sumatra Kerinci, while a Bali Kintamani bean anchors the espresso. Its team placed second at the 2019 ASEAN Barista Team Championship.
