Giyanti is a Menteng roastery café on Jl. Surabaya that built its reputation among Jakarta's coffee professionals before the wider public caught on. The pour-over menu concentrates on Indonesian origins, including Java Frinsa Estate, Aceh Gayo and Sumatra Siraja Biak-Biak, with beans from Toraja, Bali and Papua also in rotation.
