Bugan Coffee Lab is the Bergamo roastery of siblings Maurizio and Sonia Valli, buying traceable single origins, often directly from small farms. The Navigli shop in Milan opened in mid-2025 and serves the house-roasted coffees. The team has won national titles and Daniele Ricci took second at the World Barista Championship.
