Why it’s on the route
Cafezal was founded by Carlos Eduardo Bitencourt, who visited farms in southern Minas Gerais before roasting his first batch in 2017. It is described as Milan's first specialty small-batch roastery and sources Brazilian coffees. The Brera flagship is a compact, design-minded café; the group has grown to a handful of Milan sites and a larger Coffee Hub with the main roastery.
