Garage Coffee Bros was founded by brothers Davide and Andrea Cobelli; Davide, the head roaster, won the Italian Coffee Roasting Championship in 2020. The flagship near the Adige opened in mid-2022 and rotates house blends and single origins monthly. Espresso, pour-over, AeroPress and cold brew are served in a modern, cosy room.
