Aoma Coffee opened in summer 2020 in Kyutaromachi, a short walk from Honmachi Station, and is run by its owner-roaster Aono. Roasting on a Probat, he works almost entirely in light roasts that bring out origin character, keeping around five coffees at a time with a focus on Kenyan and Colombian producers and tasting notes on each card. The shop is a bright, airy room.
