Why it’s on the route
Takamura is a large Edobori wine shop that also roasts coffee, with an 80-seat, high-ceilinged café space attached. A team led by head roaster Yuya Iwasaki, whose staff have placed in national roasting and brewing competitions, roasts around 30 specialty coffees, many bought at Cup of Excellence auctions, such as Panama's CCD-007 Geisha. Coffee is served as hand drip.
