Koffee Mameya Kakeru

Why it’s on the route

Kakeru is the course-based counterpart to Eiichi Kunitomo's Koffee Mameya bean shops, set in a former warehouse in Kiyosumi-Shirakawa. Guests sit at a U-shaped bar around stone-topped workstations while baristas lead reserved tasting courses through pour-over, cold brew and coffee-based signature drinks, with small sweets alongside. Mameya does not roast; its beans come from partner roasters in Japan and abroad.
