Why it’s on the route

Kabuki is a kissaten in a standalone house in Kuramae that roasts its own coffee and makes its own chocolate, with the workshop on the ground floor and the café room upstairs. Coffee is brewed one cup at a time by nel flannel drip, and iced coffee is shaken and rolled over ice to hold in its aroma. It is a quiet place built around slow, deliberate cups paired with house chocolate.
