Glitch Coffee & Roasters
Tokyo · Jimbocho, Japan
Why it’s on the route
Glitch was opened in Jimbocho in 2015 by Kiyokazu Suzuki, who spent twelve years as chief barista and head roaster at Paul Bassett before starting his own shop. It roasts only light single origins on a Probat, with no blends and no dark roasts, and pour-over is at the centre of the bar, including a pour-over flight. The counter walls are paved with cobblestones, and the logo is a Japanese family crest.
