Unlimited Coffee Bar in Oshiage, steps from Tokyo Skytree, is run by Daichi Matsubara, a World Barista Championship judge, and Rena Hirai, a long-time Japan Barista Championship judge, with coffee from their own Unlimited Coffee Roasters. The ground floor is split into four stations, front counter, espresso bar, brew bar and bar counter, each with its own barista. Beyond pour-over and espresso, it is known for coffee cocktails such as cold-brew gin and tonic and espresso martinis.
