Why it’s on the route

Cospior is run by Seoul-born barista Jung Hyung-yong, the 2019 Korea Brewers Cup Champion, who drew attention at the 2024 national competition by hand-pouring with both hands at once. His shop by Pusan National University centres on high-end brewed coffee with a clean, clear cup. The ground floor is the coffee bar and the upstairs room is a roomy place to sit, with cups by a ceramicist and wooden trays by a woodworker.
