Why it’s on the route
Hytte is run by a married couple, roaster Jung Hyo-jae and barista Choi Hee-yoon, who moved from a Namcheon-dong showroom to this second-floor space in Jeonpo in 2021. Their Nordic-style light roasts aim for clear, lingering sweetness and are best tried as filter, with lots like Guatemala's Legendary Geisha from El Injerto and a natural Ethiopia Banko Kotiti. The room is warm and bright, like a Scandinavian home, and a little hard to find.
