This Momos shop sits in Domoheon, the former official residence of Busan's mayor in Suyeong-gu, now a cultural complex with walking trails and city views. It serves only hand-drip coffee, led by head barista Go Seong-un, a Korea National Barista Championship finalist, with the gentle Domoheon Blend as the house cup. To keep the room quiet, beans are ground in a back room, and the space is fitted with Devialet speakers and Louis Poulsen lighting.
