Why it’s on the route
LuLaLao roasts small batches on site with computer-controlled temperature management and runs its own farms in Paksong and Xieng Khouang. Its lots include Geisha from Xieng Khouang and Yellow Caturra and anaerobic Java from the south, brewed as pour-over, espresso or cold brew. The open-air, minimalist café comes with tasting-note cards and a counter introduction to Lao coffee.
