Why it’s on the route

Exploradores de Café grew out of a small office-building coffee shop called Kumo and now roasts its own beans in a roasting room visitors can watch. It works closely with partner farms, displays handmade portraits of the growers and serves coffee as pour-over. The space in Santa Fe is designed as a miniature of the supply chain, with coffee plants, a cupping room and weekend classes.
