Back to Black is run by Inge Bulthuis and Noortje Vlutters, who installed a Giesen W6 roaster in the basement and roast about 20 kg a week. Coffees are offered as espresso and as filter via Chemex, AeroPress, V60, siphon and French press. The narrow room near the Rijksmuseum seats around 25 and sells house-made sweets.
