Why it’s on the route

Uncommon is a cafe with a roastery attached, started by Josh Cotton and Clay Tobin, who earlier founded Common Greens. The menu has seasonal filter and espresso picks plus decaf, with pour-overs brewed by hand. The warm, minimalist room has a large street-facing window, table and bar seating, and an open kitchen.
