Why it’s on the route
FUKU is the cafe of Friedhats, founded by three-time Dutch barista champion Lex Wenneker and Dylan Sedgwick. The coffee is roasted at Friedhats' roastery, separate from the cafe, and the menu includes a Super Specials list of rare lots, often prepared as V60 pour-overs. The bar was built by the founders and is fitted with a Kees van der Westen Mistral.
