Lot Sixty One roasts its own coffee, originally on a large Probat in the cafe basement and now at a separate Amsterdam facility. The menu covers espresso, single-origin pour-over and batch brew. The corner cafe on the Bilderdijkgracht has a small street-level room with window bars and a tiled basement for extra seating.
