Why it’s on the route

Ohøj is a minimalist cafe and roastery in Utrecht's Rivierenwijk where owner Kevin Ayers roasts and brews everything himself on a Diedrich roaster. The bar has a Kees van der Westen espresso machine and an EK43 grinder, and food is limited to a few handmade croissants and cakes. The room is slightly dark with a large bar and a terrace in a residential street.
