Why it’s on the route

This is Fuglen's roastery and café in a converted stable in Gamlebyen, roasting on the Probat once owned by Tim Wendelboe. Green coffee comes mostly through the importer Nordic Approach and is roasted in a Nordic light style. The menu has Kalita filter, espresso and cold brew, and visitors can drink next to the roasting machine.
