Solberg & Hansen is Norway's largest and oldest specialty roaster, tracing back to a grocery store in 1879, and this concept store sits inside the Mathallen food hall at Vulkan. Sprudge credits the company with popularising the term light roast in Norway, launching competitions and training many baristas. The shop offers tastings, barista classes, brewing gear and over 100 teas.
