Why it’s on the route

Talormade is run by Talor Browne, a former head roaster at Tim Wendelboe, and its coffee is roasted on a Loring S15 in a sweet, clean, leaning-light style. The filter menu has batch brew with free refills plus pour-overs on a Poursteady, with espresso from a Modbar. The harbour-side shop near the Munch Museum is bright and neon-lit, known for its doughnuts.
