Why it’s on the route
Nest Coffee Roasters, formerly Cafe Yagam, roasts and wholesales coffee from the Cordillera highlands around Baguio. Guests pick their beans and brewing method, and the pour-over is a favourite; seasonal single origins such as Kibungan from Benguet rotate through. The vintage-styled café sits in the Calle Uno food hub on Quezon Hill and also sells coffee gear.
