The Cooking Dad is a roastery café in Imus, Cavite, run by owner and head roaster John Eric Enopia, who placed first runner-up in the home/individual category of the 2026 ASEAN Coffee Roasting Championship in Bangkok. The shelves hold house blends built from Brazilian, Colombian, Kenyan, Costa Rican and Ethiopian coffees, with V60 pour-over on the bar. Pastries come alongside, and the café supports Save the Children Philippines.
