Saint Roastery was founded in 2019 by Ionuț Croitoru and his partner Simona, and roasts 100% arabica specialty coffee at its own roastery next to the café. The team works directly with farmers, especially in Ethiopia, and also makes a bottled 24-hour cold brew. The Maltopol café serves filter coffee and espresso with outdoor seating.
