Why it’s on the route
Sloane is a Bucharest roastery founded in 2016 that stores green coffee, roasts and packs it at its flagship on the Dâmbovița river. It buys traceable, often very small lots directly from farms, and the café serves filter coffee and espresso. The space occupies the ground floor of an office building, with arches, blue accents and natural materials, plus a lab and training room.
