Guido Coffee

Why it’s on the route

Guido is one of Bucharest's pioneering specialty roasters, founded by Adrian Simion, who roasts and cups dozens of small samples before choosing around thirty active coffees at a time. Each batch gets its own roast profile, and the Eminescu café has served V60 and AeroPress alongside espresso. The original site combined a roastery, coffee shop and training school in a plain wood-and-glass space.
