Why it’s on the route
Apartment Coffee was founded in 2018 by Yeo Qing He, that year's Singapore Brewers Cup champion and sixth-place finisher at the World Brewers Cup. The short menu centres on pour-over, with seasonal coffees the team often selects on origin trips, roasted separately for filter and espresso. Since 2022 it has occupied a bright, minimal room on Selegie Road, and as it has no takeaway, the cup is meant to be drunk at the bar.
