Why it’s on the route
Common Man began in 2013 as a partnership between Australia's Five Senses Coffee and Singapore's Spa Esprit Group, and its Martin Road flagship in Robertson Quay was the first café. Filter roasts are done on a Giesen at this site, while bulk espresso roasting happens at a larger facility in Senoko that also supplies wholesale clients. Single origins come as slow- or fast-brew filter, served alongside the all-day brunch the café is known for.
