Why it’s on the route

Zerah was founded by Brandon Foo, whose view of coffee as a craft took shape on a trip to Japan. All beans are roasted in-house to a light profile that keeps them vibrant and sweet, with a leaning toward fruity, funky lots, and pour-over is on the bar alongside espresso. The café sits on the second floor of an older public housing block off North Bridge Road, with house-made scones and banana loaf.
