Why it’s on the route

Compound Coffee Co. is a Singapore roaster whose Kaki Bukit base, in the Techlink industrial building, works as a coffee lab as much as a café. Seasonal coffees are roasted on site and served as espresso or V60 filter, and single-origin filter beans are sold to take home. The space also hosts roast-and-brew workshops and a co-roasting service where home roasters can rent time on the machines.
