Glass Roasters is a small Singapore café brand that roasts its own coffee fresh daily. The Tiong Bahru shop sits in a row of shophouses across from Tiong Bahru Market, a compact Scandinavian-style room with wood furniture and a communal, living-room feel. The bar is espresso-led, using its own roasts, and the counter is stacked with house bakes from madeleines and tarts to danishes.
