Why it’s on the route
Johan Ekfeldt, who co-founded Johan & Nyström in 2004, started Gringo Nordic in 2018 and roasts traceable single-farm beans slowly in small batches. The small Majorna roastery has a coffee bar offering espresso and hand brews, sells beans and equipment, and holds free cuppings one Saturday a month. Falstaff scored its coffee 40 out of 40.
