Why it’s on the route
Morgon started in Gothenburg in 2018 and roasts in the former Lindholmen shipyard, working with producers around the world; its square blue bags nod to harbour shipping containers. The roastery sells beans on weekdays and hosts a Fika Saturday with free tastings on the last Saturday of each month. Falstaff scored its coffee 40 out of 40.
