Café Tacuba is a roastery-café run by Manolo, who is from El Salvador and sources most of his beans directly from 10 to 15 farms there, including his family's. The menu lists origin and variety, with coffees scoring 84 to 91 SCA points, and offers pour-over on Chemex, V60, AeroPress and Syphon. Guests can sit beside the roaster or in the garden.
